Description

• Manage and support corporate IT infrastructure. • Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of IT systems. • Assist in analysis, evaluation, design, testing and delivery of IT solutions. • Proactively identify and solve business problems. • Work on key technical projects in the IT roadmap. • Apply modern IT practices to streamline IT systems and services. • Provide day-to-day 3rd line IT support and technical escalations. • Assist in providing 1st/2nd line IT support to end users when necessary.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure management, systems administration and implementation, especially in cloud computing. • Expertise in a wide range of technologies including Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365 & Azure. • Experience creating scripts using scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript). • Knowledge of 3rd party systems and application integrations, including APIs. • Ideally, knowledge of GitHub repositories, source code version control, IaC, and CI/CD. • Understanding of information security and data protection concepts. • High performer connecting to high-performance principles. • Mission-driven to positively impact lives. • Collaborative, valuing team success over individual. • Responsible ownership, proactive in solution finding. • Continuous improvement mindset and mindful of balance.
