Description

• Imagine predicting customer behavior accurately • Instrumental player in growth • Trust you to drive customer success • Shape and accelerate success • Manage customer onboarding and training • Ensure adoption into customer workflows • Maintain visibility into product performance • Assist customers in promoting service adoption • Identify areas for customer growth • Build customer advocates • Become an expert on predictive engine • Advocate for customers' product feature priorities internally • Partner with sales for pre-sales questions and demos • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement • Ability to juggle multiple projects

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting experience • Experience working with global 1000 enterprise customers • Experience advising customers including CxOs • Experience working closely with B2B demand gen, marketing, sales, and analytics teams • Have led projects from conception to closure
