• 3-5 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting experience • Experience working with global 1000 enterprise customers • Experience advising customers including CxOs • Experience working closely with B2B demand gen, marketing, sales, and analytics teams • Have led projects from conception to closure
• Help shape and accelerate success • Own high profile customer advisory relationships • Drive technical competency • Ensure rapid deployment to demonstrate measurable results • Create a culture of customer success • Actively manage the happiness and renewal of assigned customers • Collaborate with global enterprise customers • Manage implementation projects • Identify areas for customer growth • Build customer advocates • Advocate for customers' product feature priorities • Partner with sales and product teams • Represent the voice of the customer • Opportunity for continuous improvement
