• This is a paid internship opportunity for 3.5 months, starting in October 2024. • You’ll be working within one of our amazing teams in Client Services taking on the role of a ‘Junior Account Executive’. • The teams are involved from the start of a brief right through to output including ideations, project development, client and campaign management, community (social media) management, insights and analysis. • You’ll learn all about life at a social transformation company, will support the teams and will get the chance to contribute with your own ideas, creativity and passion. • Ownership, courage and curiosity are key at 1000heads, so we’re looking for a candidate with an insatiable drive to innovate, learn, grow and contribute to the client services team. • Responsibilities will vary depending on which team you will join for your internship: • Understand the overall concept of a social transformation agency, services provided and how we add value to global brands' strategies • Support the creation and management of social media posts and campaigns, delivering regular updates to your teams • Communicate with clients on a day-to-day basis • Learn to analyse social media performance when receiving reports and insights on campaigns and social media activity • Brainstorm and ideate with the team • Provide admin support to your accounts, including research on briefs and capturing meeting minutes • Support Senior Account Manager/Director in updating Account Governance docs such as status sheets and project decks • Support Senior Account Manager/Director in Scope of Works • Participate and present in meetings/calls, internal and external • Proactively facilitate the moving of projects and campaigns to deliver against deadlines through regular internal communication, collaboration and calls with your team members (such as the Community team and your Account Managers) • Assist teams with ad-hoc or reactive projects and proposals • Propose creative ideas and new ways of thinking, and share inspiration with the team
• A love for the world of social and marketing. That could be a blog, a carefully curated TikTok account, or simply an incredibly in-depth knowledge of memes • A team player with a can-do attitude • A positive, proactive approach • Eagerness to help and take on responsibility • Passion, passion, passion • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads and to understand the styles of a range of brands • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • A hunger for learning, problem-solving and bags of curiosity • Integrating yourself quickly into the agency, you’ll be hands-on and a big help to everyone in your team • Proactivity in seeking ways to help your team and always going the extra mile for every project • Through passion, hard work and drive, you’ll join us in creating award-winning work • Passionate and knowledgeable about Social Media – up to speed with evolving trends • Strong IT skills including MSOffice – ready to pick up new tools and software quickly • A self-starter with reams of initiative • Organised • Good professional communication skills (written and verbal) • Problem solver • Research skills
