• Build an understanding of the FirstMind Talent Discovery tool. • Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and value that can be delivered by FirstMind. • Learn how FirstMind position solutions to customers relevant to their business needs. • Assistance in introducing FirstMind Practitioner Courses, feedback sessions, and subscriptions to key decision-makers. • Assistance in developing a successful pipeline of commercial leads & clients. • Drafting & presenting client proposals. • Delivering feedback as part of product demo and product deliveries. • Initiating intro calls with CEOs, MDs, and other key business stakeholders.
• Working towards acquiring a bachelor’s or master's degree • Innate desire to advise, deal and work with people • Genuine interest in learning and proactively looking for ways to improve • Self-starter, motivated, and organized. • Driven to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
