• The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and managing existing accounts to drive company growth. • Key Responsibilities: • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, market trends, and business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and drive business growth. • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging social media platforms. • Proposal and Presentation Development: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to potential clients. • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer needs, and potential partnerships, providing insights to guide business strategy. • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and client projects. • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Track and report on key sales metrics, providing regular updates to senior management on progress against targets. • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms that align with company objectives. • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to continuously improve the business development process.
