Description
• Lead the finance team and implement the business finance strategy • Manage corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting • Manage internal controls and day-to-day running of the finance function • Finance business partner to all areas of the business • Responsible for cash position and forecasting • Finance lead for digitising supply chain processes • Build and maintain relationships with bankers, auditors, and tax advisors • Coach individuals and teams to success • Ensure current and future talent needs are met • Communicate the organizational vision
Requirements
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified professional with a minimum of three years post qualified experience • Previous experience in Food/Retail/FMCG/Hospitality desirable • Previous financial controller/head of finance experience required • In-depth knowledge of international product supply chains, including imported inventory • Previous experience of being accountable for the delivery of consolidated group management accounts • Experience in budgeting and forecasting
