Description
• Conceptualising and storyboarding video content • Filming, editing, and producing video content for social media • Collaborating with clients and internal teams • Staying updated on social media trends and algorithms • Managing video production equipment and techniques • Handling resource bookings and production schedules • Leading internal and external review processes • Taking the lead on budget spend across production • Planning successful video production with Agency leads • Creating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Creating content for various social media platforms • Utilizing data to improve content performance
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Social-First Video Content Producer • Experience creating content for the music industry • Strong project management skills • Excellent writing, copywriting, and communication skills • Strong understanding of social media platforms • Ability to translate music and cultural events into engaging video content • Strong analytical skills • Experience in brand marketing • Excellent experience of shooting in-studio and on-location • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively • Keen eye for detail • Problem solver • Strong network of trusted freelance crew resources • Maintain a proactive and calm attitude
