• Lead, shape, and grow multiple accounts • Ultimate responsibility for all agency output • Ensure strategic brief is met across all work • Think three steps ahead and guide/motivate team • Manage and develop all members of the account team • Lead delivery of brand activations, client management, setting timelines and budgets, working with production team, project budget management, data and reporting optimization, content campaigns, presenting work to clients, support business services
• Deep knowledge of and connections in global music • Interest/understanding in gaming and future digital technologies • 5 years of experience leading teams in brand activations • 5 years of overall experience in brand or music marketing • Exceptional understanding of culture marketing strategy and tactics • Experience in all social media platforms, features, tools, and amplification tactics • Experience in line management and people development • Knowledge of clients' brands and their tone of voice • Confidence in project execution and detail-oriented
• Immediate start • 2 days per week in London Office • Freelance position with 3-5 days a week schedule • Salary: £300 - £350 Per Day
