• At Waracle, we're all about crafting Intelligent Digital Experiences that truly make a difference. • We join forces with innovative businesses, taking on their most exciting technology and digital product challenges. • Our partnerships extend to some of the UK's major players in Health and Wellness, Financial Services, and Sustainable Energy. • Waracle is looking for a Technical Product Manager for a high impact pharmaceutical product, based from any of our offices in a hybrid working pattern. • The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for developing a product vision and roadmap that drives value for our clients and their partners. • You’ll act as the central touch point between engineering and product team members, bringing your passion for agile development and leadership experience to oversee day to day product delivery and become a subject matter expert for your product.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, preferably within the pharmaceutical/clinical trial or healthcare industries. • Strong understanding of GxP validation requirements and experience ensuring compliance in a regulated environment. • Relevant experience working in highly regulated environments with validated systems, ideally in pharmaceutical/clinical trial settings. • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (ideally Azure), with strong understanding of security best practices and compliance in cloud environments. • Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). • Demonstrated experience working in an Agile software delivery environment. • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity, and fostering a sense of partnership. • Background within Waracle’s other key industry verticals (Financial Services or Energy) would be a bonus.
