• Responsible for daily operations of a growing Transit division • Manage compliance of Key Performance Indicators while influencing customer satisfaction and increasing revenue • Oversee operational effectiveness and quality.
• University or Post Secondary Degree or Equivalent • Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory/management role in operations environment • Experience with the Transportation industry, specifically Para-Transit, preferred and an asset • Minimum full G Ontario drivers licence • Clean Drivers Abstract and clear Criminal Record Search with Vulnerable Sector Search • Previous experience in a dynamic, high demand work environment with specific deadlines, handling confidential and sensitive materials • Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as Adobe Acrobat • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings • Willing to participate in education upgrading as required • Proven financial acumen • Ability to travel within Ontario • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate ideas clearly and succinctly • Natural people leader driven to ensure others are successful (Employees and Customers) • Professional written and oral communication and impressive interpersonal skills • Very familiar with London Ontario and the surrounding region • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
