Description
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Communications team, third-parties, and agencies • Plan and execute communications strategy to elevate brand awareness and reputation • Collaborate with different teams to gather insights for effective campaigns • Engage press and stakeholders to convey Pride in London's narrative, values, and mission • Assist in stakeholder interactions, especially during crisis and issues management • Cultivate and sustain relationships with media outlets, stakeholders, and partners • Oversee and evaluate communication endeavours, delivering reports and recommendations • Ensure all Communications channels and areas are fully resourced and operating effectively • Support the Director of Communications with press and media engagement
Requirements
• Excellent leadership and team management skills • Strong strategic planning and execution abilities • Effective collaboration and relationship-building skills • Compelling storytelling and narrative crafting abilities • Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and management • Crisis communication and issues management experience • Media relations and partnership development expertise • Project management and evaluation skills • Resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
