• Lead, motivate, and develop the Communications team, third-parties, and agencies • Plan and execute communications strategy to elevate brand awareness and reputation • Collaborate with different teams to gather insights for effective campaigns • Engage press and stakeholders to convey Pride in London's narrative, values, and mission • Assist in stakeholder interactions, especially during crisis and issues management • Cultivate and sustain relationships with media outlets, stakeholders, and partners • Oversee and evaluate communication endeavours, delivering reports and recommendations • Ensure all Communications channels and areas are fully resourced and operating effectively • Support the Director of Communications with press and media engagement
