• Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation. • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills. • Manage office operations and administrative functions, such as managing correspondence, organizing files, and ordering supplies. • Coordinate and oversee office logistics, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and handling office maintenance tasks. • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating employee benefits. • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. • Perform general accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and payroll. • Support special projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, office management, or a related field. • Proven experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or similar role, with a strong track record of success. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools. • Knowledge of HR and accounting principles and practices is a plus. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. • Reliable internet connection and access to necessary equipment for remote work.
