• Roll out, installation, testing and configuration of new systems; • Supporting the setup of exhibitions and demonstration activities; • Deploys Software, Firmware and Hardware upgrades and updates at touchpoint level, including licences; • Supports HW Engineering and Product Owners as an SME for Touchpoints Installation, Support and Maintenance; • Handles incidents and problems by providing resolutions and/or workarounds or following-up with other SME if complexity requires it; • Liaises with Customers on site or remotely, proactively communicating with TSS Coordinator, TS Manager, SDM and PM, escalating issues and identifying areas where the service can be improved; • Develops knowledge base articles for Deployment and/or S&M of touchpoints; • Validates documented resolutions; • Ensures his activity is compliant with company policies including Health and Safety, Vehicle use, Expenses etc; • Ensure that Environment and Health&Safety is integrated into all activities and adherence to EHS Policy & Procedures as well as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance is strictly maintained. Complete all the compulsory training's related with them; • Comply with the information security and data privacy policies and procedures adopted by Vision-Box. Report any information security or data privacy incidents or weaknesses immediately. Complete all the compulsory training's related with information security and data privacy; • Contribute to the correct separation of waste and its placement in the respective containers, according to the typology of each waste.
• Graduation from a two year technical college with a major in computer science, information technology or related area; • At least 2 years of related working experience; • Experience working with Windows Operating Systems; • Experience of supporting systems remotely, and building PC’s or servers; • Electric, Electronic and/or Electromechanical Proficiency; • Experience of diagnosing hardware and software related faults; • Working knowledge of networking infrastructure, cabling, electrical schematics and electromechanical equipment; • Experience of software product support and with complex troubleshooting skills; • Experience of working within an international culture; • Experience of working in an ITIL service environment ; • Ability to work under pressure; • Problem solving; • Time management; • Organization; • Driving license and geographically mobile; • Availability to travel; • Eeligible to work in the UK; • Clearable to UK Government Security Clearance (SC) level.
