• Preparation of trade creditor reports. • Invoice processing. • Bank reconciliations. • Month end balance sheet reconciliations. • Month end journals. • Preparing VAT returns. • Preparation of management reports. • Creating good internal working relationships to ensure the clients’ needs are met.
• A minimum of two years' work experience in a similar role. • Working towards a professional qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ICB). • Excellent IT skills including Sage 50, Xero, Google Docs, Excel, and all Microsoft Packages. • Strong communication skills. • High level of numerical and analytical skills.
• Flexitime and flexible working between the office and home. • 28 days annual holiday leave (including the 8 bank holidays) with the option to work bank holidays and use them as annual leave at another time. • 10 study days a year, 5 paid for and 5 unpaid. • Study support for tuition costs. • Pension scheme with contributions in line with government guidelines. • Private healthcare provided by WPA. • Staff outings at least once a month paid for by the company.
