• The Influencer Director will lead the day to day operations of the influencer team here in EMEA, focusing on planning and executing best-in-class influencer campaigns • You are the main day to day point of contact in EMEA for all influencer related programs in the agency • You are responsible for overseeing all facets of influencer campaign strategy, execution, measurement and wrap up • You are constantly looking for ways to improve the process to get to the best results for our clients • You will report into the VP, Consulting in EMEA with a dotted line into the SVP, Creator & Culture Services in New York • This role will be a key in helping drive our EMEA influencer offering so experience working across multiple markets is a must

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in social media influencer strategy and execution • Ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships that result in authentic campaigns • Experience setting up or growing a team • Ability to manage direct reports, as well as work independently and balance multiple tasks • EMEA/regional experience • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment • Proven ability to negotiate legal contracts with influencers • Experience with paid social media in support of influencer campaigns • Experience working with influencer and content management tools • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at a time against strict deadlines • Strong project management skills with attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team • Languages desirable
