• Ensure global tax compliance in primary the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and the USA, if needed, in cooperation with external tax consultants • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission • Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to support compliance and strategic planning • Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company • Collaborate with external tax advisors and regulatory authorities as needed • Integrate tax processes and requirements into the new ERP system, ensuring seamless alignment with overall business operations • Provide tax-related support and insights during ongoing corporate restructuring efforts • Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position • Assist in managing tax audits and disputes, providing necessary documentation and explanations
• 3-9 years of relevant experience in tax, preferably in the e-commerce space or consumer goods • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in tax, accounting, finance, or related field • Ability to work in a distributed team • Experience with NetSuite ERP is a big plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail • Professional Tax Qualification is preferred • Fluent in English (company language)
