• Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including social media, industry events, online databases, and other sources. • Conduct initial discovery calls to assess the needs and challenges of potential customers. • Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria to determine if they are a good fit for our products/services. • Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition through the sales funnel. • Provide detailed and accurate information about leads to the sales team for follow-up.
• Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or marketing role. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools is a plus.
