• Communicate effectively with Product and Development teams • Create and review technical requirements • Perform code reviews and testing • Assist support teams in bug fixing • Develop tooling for product and development team capabilities • Implement and maintain CI/CD processes and technologies • Troubleshoot deployment incidents • Maintain technical documentation • Work across multiple engineering teams • Evangelize DevOps best practices • Mentor and coach DevOps team members • Act as a Technical Advisor in customer meetings
• Graduate/post-graduate degree in Computer Science or related field • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to coach junior team members and self-manage • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Creative and capable of presenting ideas for systems improvements • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience applying good DevOps principles • Cloud-based CI/CD solutions delivery • Agile/Scrum development experience • API-driven, extensible, loosely coupled systems knowledge • Automation, security, stability, and scalability knowledge in private and public cloud environments • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities • Strong self-starter and quick learner abilities • More than 5 years Software Engineering experience • Preferred tools knowledge in various technologies including GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Helm, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Java, JavaScript, Bash, Python, Sonarqube, Datadog, Linux, Windows, AWS, Azure, and more • Higher Education Qualification or equivalent (desirable) • Industry-recognized software development qualification (desirable)
