Description
• Join a pioneering team driving innovation in Cell & Gene product development at TTP! • Spearhead technically challenging, multi-phase, development projects. • Develop bespoke, innovative hardware solutions in cell and gene therapies. • Involved in the full product development lifecycle. • Work with interdisciplinary team of engineers, biologists, chemists and physicists. • Uncover valuable new business opportunities and new areas of technology.
Requirements
• Experience leading complex technical projects in the cell & gene or wider biotechnology field. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. • Business development expertise or experience of developing customer relationships. • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. • An excellent academic record with a degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline. • Willingness to travel internationally.
