Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain design standards, principles, and guidelines • Champion contribution and bridge collaboration between engineers and designers • Create and assist in building reusable components that enhance user experiences and align with our brand vision • Provide coverage for both B2B and B2C teams, ensuring a consistent and high-quality design system that empowers the team to build delightful experiences • Maintain and update design documentation, library components, and guidelines • Develop and implement motion design guidelines that can be seamlessly adopted by product teams in their feature releases • Leverage Figma’s advanced features to create scalable design systems • Stay updated with the design system market and the latest design developments, tools, and technologies to ensure our design system remains cutting edge • Ensure adherence to accessibility guidelines and best practices

Requirements

• Proven expertise in product design at a senior level, with significant experience contributing to and evolving design systems within a technology, digital, or SaaS environment • Comprehensive portfolio showcasing strong UI and UX design skills, focusing on digital products and scalable design systems • The ability to showcase your outstanding expertise in UI and visual design at interview stage • A Design tokens expert who understands how to create, name, and maintain them • Proficiency in Figma and experience leveraging its advanced features for design systems • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and usability testing tools • Significant problem-solving skills, creativity, and knowledge of the current design system market, trends, and emerging technologies • Knowledgeable about front-end possibilities and constraints, with an understanding of responsiveness, accessibility guidelines, and usability best practices • A deep understanding of native mobile patterns is an added advantage
