Description
• Trustpilot is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce QA, to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have experience in End to End testing Salesforce software, Zuora, and payment gateways to ensure seamless integration and functionality across our systems. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate end-to-end processes, identify and resolve issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role, with a focus on end-to-end testing and UAT. • Hands-on experience testing Salesforce software, Zuora, and payment gateways (e.g., GoCardless, Stripe). • Full understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. • Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex business processes. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver multiple priorities effectively.
