Description
• As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales success within the Enterprise segment by providing technical expertise, solutions architecture and support throughout the sales process. • You will be responsible for understanding the client’s technical architecture throughout the lifecycle. • This is an instrumental role in driving customer confidence and facilitating successful adoption when serving Enterprise clients. • You'll collaborate closely with the Enterprise unit to understand client requirements and their objectives. • Liaise with clients to do technical discoveries and assess their needs.
Requirements
• Proven experience in Sales Engineering or similar role • Strong technical background with fair understanding of software development and web technologies • A command of HTML/CSS Skilled in Javascript, Python or other scripting languages • Comfortable learning new technology/systems quickly and efficiently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gaps between technical capabilities with customer requirements • Good business acumen • Adept of delivering best customer service in a fast-paced environment. • Deep passion and understanding for processes & systems and proactive in seeking opportunities to learn and improve existing ones
