Description

• As a Product Director you will operate in an open and collaborative game development environment, where the Product team take full ownership over upcoming projects; be it new features or completely new games. • As a Product Director you will contribute to strategic vision & planning exercises for Tripledot & ensure plans & process are in place to execute & deliver. • A key part of the role will be to spearhead innovation throughout Games, process and projects and work collaboratively to foster forward thinking across diverse multi-skilled teams.

Requirements

• Game ownership - Own performance and delivery for one or more of our games (live and pipeline) • Develop and own the product strategy. Advocate the principles of how do we win and drive to the next level • Lead a team of Product managers and Product Analysts • Forecast, track and deliver to financial targets / outcome for the game/s • Game Development: Own high level schedule for Game development and product delivery; ensuring the game has a 6 month roadmap. • Ownership of monitoring systems, processes and incident management • Oversee delivery Actual vs Plan and problem solve • Together with the marketing organization, assure both user acquisition and monetization are constantly optimized and maximized • Business Accountability & Strategy: Own the "North Star" strategy for the game • Assure organizational alignment on how we're going to win (Product, Growth, Monetization) • Plan and track the organization capabilities required (head count, budgets, external support) • Setup ongoing processes to keep teams informed and aware of market changes • Guide Games analytical tools and analysis prioritization • Define key KPIs and standardize across the group
