Description
• As Senior Product Manager for Gifting & Accessories you will work closely with Trinny, the CIO, Category Heads and Product Marketing to shape the Gifting and Accessories product strategy • Responsible for the creation, briefing, and development of our Gifting and Accessory propositions • Working closely with a development team including a Project Manager, Packaging Technologist, Procurement, and a Creative Designer to deliver launches on time • Managing all product launches from an Innovation perspective ensuring successful and timely management of projects • Developing commercial rationale and scoping out the size of the opportunity for new concepts • Creating toolboxes, working closely with the Marketing Team on creative concepts and messaging • Fostering productive team processes that promote collaboration, efficiency, and communication flow
Requirements
• Previous experience within the beauty industry in gifting and or accessories product development • Management experience required • Ability to inspire & influence across the business • Strong communication skills (at all levels, including founder) • Strong interpersonal skills (within our team, and across the business) • Experience with sales data and analysis • Exceptional attention to detail • Agility and adaptability • Ability to multitask and highly organised • Keeping up to date with global trends and competitor activity across all markets • Quality first always in mind • Passion, creativity & proactivity
