• Entering financial transactions into internal databases and financial systems • Maintain digital and physical financial records • Ensuring all invoices and receipts are entered into the system before payment • Preparation and execution of the weekly payment run to external suppliers • Ensure all credit card spending is reconciled, allocated and receipts obtained • Ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting and project assignments as required • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders • Working knowledge of financial software • Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency and cost reductions
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures • Experience with NetSuite (preferred but not required) • Strong interpersonal skills. A problem solver with attention to detail • Organisational and ownership skills
