Description
• TravelPerk is on a mission to empower in-real-life connections through its business travel management platform. • You will lead on VAT advisory globally, with an initial focus on the German market. • You will work closely with the product, go-to-market and operations teams to deliver world-class business travel value propositions. • You will ensure compliance of our offering in an ever changing regulatory landscape across Europe, the UK and North America. • You will translate new and existing regulations into opportunities to exceed customer expectations and simplify their financial processes.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in indirect tax in Europe, with extensive knowledge on German regulations • You balance strong domain expertise with operational pragmatism • You understand and speak the language of product development teams • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken, to effectively manage responsibilities in our key markets. • Strong executive presence and ability to lead and influence our internal stakeholders & customers around their subject matter • Exceptional communication and influencing skills across our key customer stakeholders
