Description
• Develop a strong understanding of clients and their marketing goals. This includes developing an excellent understanding of their team, business structure and MarTech stack. • Offer strategic points of view on relevant industry topics to support client decisions. • Lead a small team, responsible for team standards, outputs, and individual progression. • Work collaboratively with direct reports, external vendors, and specialist teams to develop strategic media responses to client briefs. • Oversee media programs from brief to wrap up, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all work. • Support the team lead with revenue recognition and client forecasting. • Own client work and client comms, including arranging and facilitating client calls, meetings, and reviews as appropriate. • Set high standards across all individual and team outputs to inspire client confidence and trust.
Requirements
• The ideal candidate will have a strong history in a client-facing, media planning role, successfully executing campaigns across social, programmatic, search, display, and video – in collaboration with specialist teams. • Self-starter and self-thinker. • Confident bringing new ideas and ways of working to the table to improve efficiency and workflows. • Natural leader. • Enthusiastic mentor. • Clear thinker. • Set standards. • Technical expertise in trafficking tools (CM360) plus day-to-day fundamentals of the paid social and search platforms.
