• Ensuring a high level of adherence to regulations, license conditions, and contractual obligations • Overseeing full user and product compliance with sanctions, PEP regulations, and reporting requirements, collaborating with the 2LOD • Actively engaging in the product life cycle, from design through to post-launch monitoring, to identify and manage regulatory risk • Seeking opportunities to minimize AML and KYC friction in customer journeys, challenging traditional interpretations where relevant • Staying up to date with current and upcoming legislation, as well as the evolution of risk • Maintaining a strong documentation trail to ensure transparency and accountability • Fostering a high level of collaboration within the product team and with operational compliance teams and C-level executives
• Experience in fintech • Strong understanding of GDPR, payment systems, and PSD2 • 2+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk, AML, or Financial Crime fields with a solid grasp of related processes and regulations across different markets • 2+ years of product management experience building digital products at scale, with a proven track record of end-to-end product delivery in an agile environment • Focus on outcomes, not just outputs • A problem-solving mindset with a strong analytical approach, using data to inform decisions • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and levels, including external partners • Confidence in discussing complex business topics such as finance, compliance, and commercial strategy, and shaping outcomes to meet both customer needs and business goals • Fluency in English
