Description
• Review feature or content specification, provide feedback and create optimized feature test plans for assigned features from content, live ops and feature teams • Responsible for comprehensive testing of assigned features and content, working closely with other QA team members and the various studio teams • Peer review test plans created by QA team members in order to ensure the test plans in order to leave no stone unturned • Provide suggestions and feedback for test process improvements
Requirements
• Previous experience in quality assurance within the games industry at a development studio, with mobile F2P experience a definite plus, although having an appreciation for the F2P genre is essential • Problem solver with a curious mindset and able to break down a feature to formulate test plans and test strategies • Experience with creating test plans for features, both using functional and non-functional test techniques • Experience with bug workflows and test case management systems (ideally Jira and Testrail) • Good communication and teamwork skills with a curious mindset, able to work collaboratively within a team to a high standard within required timelines • Exposure to in-game analytics and content management systems • Exposure to test automation and development environments such as Unity and Unreal
