• As a Business Development Representative you’ll be working in our sales team to build up and nurture our pipeline of potential customers. • You’ll develop a keen understanding of our SaaS solution to be able to understand the clients’ challenges and problem-solve how our tool could help their businesses. • Day-to-day you’ll be responsible to: Source leads by prospecting through outbound calling, email outreach, social media outreach • Handle inbound leads from Marketing or from our team of part-time Lead Generators • Nurture, further qualify, and ultimately convert these leads into product demonstration meetings for our Business Development Managers • Serve as a key contact point for potential customers to discuss their technical requirements, budgets, timelines, and scope for implementation • Occasionally attend demonstrations and trade shows around the UK with our BDMs • Create Requests for Information and complete tenders to win new business opportunities • Collaborate with marketing to think creatively about potential new avenues for attracting prospects
• A graduate with a a 1st or 2:1 university degree preferred – all disciplines welcome • 1+ year’s experience in B2B sales preferred • An interest in technology and software • Exceptional and persuasive communication skills • An energetic and target-driven individual • A team player with the ability to build relationships • Go-getter with the tenacity and drive for new business development • Ambitious and eager to learn • Professionalism and entrepreneurial spirit
