• Own all aspects of the sales cycle from beginning to end • Grow the Benelux region with clients and headcount • Structure and lead a team of sellers and client success managers • Bring new partnerships to fuel growth and continue to build on existing relationships • Attend conferences and tradeshows to grow your book of business • Manage reporting back to Europe and US HQ • Grow your network of active ambassadors, finding creative ways to keep them engaged • Strategise on how best to attack the territory • Lead on the Benelux territory's expansion
• Native or Fluent Dutch speaker • 5+ years of experience in a sales role as a top performer, in the technology, ticketing or events space • Deep industry relationships • A proven and relentless seller in a competitive space • Detail-oriented and highly organised • Strong negotiation skills and a knack for technology • Excellent project management skills • Quick learner, can learn in a structured environment or independently • Great communicator with a professional demeanour • Passion and appreciation for technology, selling, and live events • Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands • Creative problem-solving skills
