• Responsible for managing own sales process including prospecting, cold calling, booking meetings, closing deals, and onboarding clients • Part of an international sales team in a fast-paced tech startup environment
• Fluency in both French and English • Previous experience in B2B sales (preferably towards HR) • Self-starter with a proven track record of successful lead follow up and sales development • Ability to contact anyone and book meetings over the phone or email • Strong will to push harder and exceed expectations • Ability to maintain high activity levels and self-motivation • Positive and can-do attitude
