Description
• Assisting on a wide range of tasks and activities to support the progression of cases • Integral part of the personal injury team supporting Solicitors in handling cases, preparing for hearings and meetings • Daily tasks may include calculating special damages, liability investigations, reviewing medical records, legal research, attending court and clients, witnesses, experts and Counsel
Requirements
• Experience of running or assisting with non-portal fast track cases • Preferably experience of assisting with multi track cases • Excellent knowledge of the law relating to personal injury and the civil litigation process • Experience of dealing with the portal process
