Description
• This is a full-time office based role for a Customer Relations Specialist in Manchester with some flexibility for remote work (Up to 80%) • Responsible for day-to-day tasks to build and maintain great client relationships that allow them to identify and convert cross-selling opportunities, gather feedback to improve our service, and consistently delight clients
Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Passionate about people and results • Confident negotiating, handling objections and closing sales • Experienced selling products and services (B2B desirable)Ability to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction • Enjoys working at pace in a changing environment • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
