• The Business Developer’s efforts will be focused on Terra Quantum’s algorithm offerings and will report into the Terra Quantum Business Development Manager. • The role will be divided across these 3 main streams: • Driving Business Development for Terra Quantum • Supporting Commercialisation Strategy • Enabling Customer Success Through Operational Transformation • Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team
• Developing and tailoring client presentations that articulate our capabilities and capture the value that can be generated for clients • Driving the progression of prospective clients through the Terra Quantum pipeline • Originating new prospects in target industries • Deep diving and aligning TQ offering with customer’s business strategy and focuses. • Developing and executing specific business development activities within pre-agreed focus areas • Support planning and opportunity development of other important ad hoc projects. • Help create internal processes that will make operations more efficient and increase lead conversion • Support creation of operational processes that can be scaled as the organisation expands
