Description
• Lead the technical function • Manage the engineering team • Own the tech stack • Set standards, estimations, and find solutions for technical delivery • Lead research and development into new technologies • Ensure the tech stack is equipped with business analytics • Build and execute on roadmap to become the AI coach for stress • Develop stress index with qualitative and quantitative data inputs • Develop recommendation engine for targeted stress solutions • Measure user progress over time • Be creative in approach to achieve mission • Experience building and scaling consumer tech product • Experience in artificial intelligence • Experience in healthcare applications
Requirements
• Passion for AI and its potential to transform health • Proven experience delivering against KPIs / OKRs or equivalent • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and innovation skills • Creative and used to thinking outside the box • Strong manager and leader • Experience working in an early stage, fast-paced, start-up environment • Expertise building and deploying web and native mobile applications to a consumer facing audience • Experience building a technical team and working with cross-functional teams • 6+ years of experience in AI engineering and management roles • Bsc in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; relevant graduate degree is a plus
