Description

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts. • Ensure accurate and timely preparation, including variance analysis and commentary. • Maintain robust controls within the management accounts process. • Responsibility for delivering month-end processes, including posting journals and ensuring ledger accuracy. • Oversee balance sheet reconciliations to ensure a controlled environment. • Manage accruals and review monthly costs. • Manage VAT reporting and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. • Monthly payroll process, including journal entries. • Support the day-to-day management of accounting. • Ensure adequate segregation of duties and approve payment runs and expenses. • Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures. • Maintain operational policies to support the business (Expenses). • Support cost control and reviews, company cards, and expenses.

Requirements

• Ideally must be (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) qualified • High level of attention to detail. • Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously. • Efficient time management and organizational skills. • Proactive and positive attitude.
