• Responsible for playing a key role in the B2B Marketing function • Support clients with Product support to contribute and manage the end-to-end communications strategy • Contribute to branding, demand gen, and client retention strategies • Collaborate with teams in London, Bangalore, and Tokyo • Innovate, achieve goals, and focus on self-development as a team • Utilize various tools such as Google Tag Manager, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Pipedrive, Slack, Trello, etc. • Manage KPIs through analytics tools and provide weekly reports • Execute e-mailing campaign management, newsletters, and blog/microblog content creation • Collaborate on event planning and sponsorships (online/offline) • Create marketing assets and collateral, conduct product marketing and competitor research • Perform web/design tasks including collateral editing and website adjustments
• Fluent/Native Level of English • Relevant 3+ years of experience in media, measurement, or ad/mar tech industry • Experience in digital marketing/branding or sales accounts management • Proficiency in inbound lead/partner generation/CRM management • Competency in customer account management and customer support • Experience with E-mailing campaign management and newsletters • Ability to work in the UK or travel to UK frequently • Ability to come into the London office 2-3 days per week • Proficiency in Japanese is a plus
