Description
• Collaborating closely with product, design and stakeholders to solve problems faced by Stinters, Partners and Staff. • Contributing to feature development across our frontend and backend stack. • Maintain and monitor our existing product to ensure our customers continue to receive the experience they signed up for. • Setting and enforcing standards and best practices for development to ensure code quality and maintainability. • Mentoring and coaching more junior members of the team.
Requirements
• Experience in backend tech. • Values best practices and understands importance of pragmatism in fast-paced environment. • Ability to balance technical excellence with agility to drive growth.
