Description
• Perform key payroll duties, such as auditing, accounting and reviewing processes • Ensure the accuracy of each payroll cycle, calculating tax adjustments, and pay adjustments • Review and approve entries and handle month-end close procedures • Collaborate with HR department to update and verify employee records
Requirements
• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field • 5 + years of experience in global payroll administration, preferably in a multinational company • CPP strongly preferred • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements across multiple countries • Proficiency in payroll software and systems (e.g. NetSuite, UKG, Workday) and Microsoft Excel • Understanding of Payroll Accounting procedures • Superb organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
