•Our Customer Service Representative role is a phone-based position based out of our Monument office. •Act as the first point of contact between Splend and our amazing customers. •Provide exceptional support, and timely issue resolution.
•Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced customer service position. •Demonstrated natural problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to taking initiative. •Thrive in a dynamic, developing environment where change is a constant, demonstrating exceptional adaptability and flexibility. •Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and effectively interact with diverse audiences. •Be tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems. •The ability to maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers, even in challenging environments.
