Description

• Craft exceptional design solutions from early conceptual stages through to product releases and updates. • Collaborate with developers and product managers to iterate designs and bring the best into production. • Support and receive help from UX design colleagues, collaborating on ambitious, UX team-led initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience as an UX/Digital Product Designer, with experience working on Enterprise /B2B software products. • Practical experience working through the entire design process, from Discovery and product definition, to detailed production and launch. • Strong core UX design skills, with experience crafting IAs, user flows, screen layouts and new UI components. Experience working with design systems is a plus. • A solid understanding of web design patterns, standards and widely recognised approaches in the design industry. • Confidence working with developers, product managers, user researchers and business analysts - and advocating for UX design in a product team. • Some experience in Service Design, or mapping techniques. • Experience getting involved in User Research and Usability Tests. • Superb communication, with the ability to present design work - and explain a user-centric design approach - with confidence and clarity. • A portfolio or presentation showcasing your work and design process.
