• Setting standards and taking responsibility for crafting accurate, high quality, professional, impactful and hopefully successful bid responses. • Contribute or lead the development of written proposals and presentations • Analyse questions, Identify win themes • Collaborate with cross functional teams on developing bid responses, ensuringaccuracy, and alignment with client requirements. • Ensure consistency of style and quality across responses • Work with Subject Matter Experts to answer detailed technical questions • Write content, summarise, shorten, enhance. • Track bids in progress, outlining potential risks and benefits, as well as the outcomes,collating feedback and providing points for improvement.Solirius Consulting Internal Recruitment 3rd Floor, 65-68 Leadenhall Street, London EC3A 2AD resourcing@solirius.com • Evaluate incoming bid opportunities against company criteria, managing bid tenders and distributing them to the appropriate departments and teams; prioritise bids based on strategic alignment, potential profitability, and company capability. • Participate in bid strategy sessions to understand client requirements and competitive landscape. • Establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. • Representing Solirius, if necessary, at pre-bid meetings.Specialist skills required:
• A strong degree in any discipline - particularly where analysing information and developing written conclusions forms a significant part of the syllabus, or equivalent experience • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken word with an ability to successfully engage with team members, clients and stakeholders. • Proven ability to write reports, proposals (e.g. dissertations) • Attention to detail, and strong organisational and time management skills areessential. • Ability to analyse and condense large amounts of information. • Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. • A good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel) andGoogle Suites.
