• Develop a culture of resilience enabling effective response and adaptation to change • Identify risks that could impact critical business activities and support to plan accordingly • Provide management with reports and information to enable effective decision making
• 7+ years of work experience in the practice of operational resilience and risk management • Experience running multiple, high-priority projects and advancing complex projects • Knowledge and experience of industry frameworks such as IS0 27001 and ISO 22301 desirable • Excellent time management, planning, process design and execution skills
