Description
• Skyports is seeking a talented and experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic team. As an SRE, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust systems that meet our high standards of availability and uptime. • Set up proactive monitoring systems to detect and address issues before they impact performance. • Play an integral role in the operations of our Vertiport Automation System. • Utilize Azure Monitor, Grafana, and other tools to monitor key performance indicators and trigger automated responses.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Proven experience as a Site Reliability engineer or similar. • 2 years minimum of experience in a similar role. • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms. • Experience with database systems (SQL or NoSQL) and ORM frameworks. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies.
