• Testing our Platforms (APIs, Web App, Mobile App) and understanding our workflows. • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for both mobile and web applications. • Utilise automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Playwright, Appium) to create efficient and reusable test scripts. • Integrating automated tests into nightly runs. • Design comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications. • Perform functional, regression, performance, and load testing. • Execute manual tests when necessary and document defects in a clear and concise manner. • Develop and execute API tests using tools like Postman and Swagger. • Validate API responses, performance, and error handling. • Ensure API tests are integrated with automated test suites. • Work closely with developers, product managers to understand product features and technical implementations. • Participate in Agile/Kanban ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Collaborate using Git for version control, including creating and reviewing pull requests. • Working along with the QA Lead to improve our testing capabilities, approach, toolset, coverage, etc. • Ensure the quality and reliability of software products by implementing and adhering to best practices in QA methodologies. • Review and analyse user stories, requirements, and technical specifications. • Document test plans, test cases, and test results. • Provide clear and actionable bug reports and track defects to resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation testing. • Proficient in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and others. • Strong understanding of mobile (iOS and Android) and web application testing. • Experience with API testing tools like Postman and Swagger. • Proficient in using Git for version control, including creating and managing pull requests. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline tools like Jenkins. • Solid understanding of Agile/Kanban methodologies. • Proficiency in using Visual Studio Code (VS Code) or similar IDEs. • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management • Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently • Must have a critical eye and attention to detail
