• Being a core part of our small but rapidly growing SEO team. • Performing SEO research including keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation. • Looking after on-site SEO optimisation and performance monitoring - including writing meta descriptions, page titles and other key on-page features. • Optimising copy and landing pages for search engine marketing. • Researching and recommending editorial ideas for evergeen and long-form content creation. • Contributing to technical audits, providing technical SEO optimisation recommendations and working alongside technical teams to ensure effective implementation. • Helping with off-site SEO performance audits, digital PR and optimisation strategies. • Working with copywriters for SEO-focused content projects of varying complexity and scope. • Helping to devise SEO strategies and prioritised task roadmaps for our clients. • Delivering performance insights and client reports whilst helping to develop client-specific reporting dashboards. • Communicating best practices to the digital team while building and maintaining excellent working relationships. • Keeping on the cutting edge of SEO practice, including new search engine features and algorithm updates, new technologies and specialist online tools. • Learning and developing your SEO skills in order to progress within a fast-growing SEO team. • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with our clients, suppliers and the wider SINE Digital team.
• Proven all-round SEO experience (covering technical, on-site and off-site) • Hunger to learn and get stuck into the day-to-day running of a growing, challenger digital agency • Passion for SEO, marketing and technological developments in this space • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition • Experience in website/SEO analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and ideally SEO tools such as AHrefs, SEMrush, DeepCrawl, Screaming Frog and/or equivalent tools • Experience in SEO performance reporting and dashboard systems such as Google Data Studio • Experience in working with common CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify • An analytical, data-driven thinker with a proactive approach • Strong time-management skills and an ability to manage competing priorities • Ability to work in and foster a positive team environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Outstanding attention to detail and time/priority management skills • Ambition to help the agency develop its SEO capabilities, grow our dedicated team and progress your career as an SEO and performance marketing specialist.
