Description

• Design and implement a comprehensive Intune environment, encompassing device provisioning, configuration management, application deployment, and patch management. • Lead the migration to Windows 11, ensuring a seamless transition for users and addressing any compatibility issues. • Automate repetitive endpoint management tasks, streamlining processes and minimising manual effort. • Implement a robust patching cadence, ensuring that all devices are up-to-date with the latest security updates and patches. • Lead and contribute to projects, collaborating with stakeholders, defining scope, and driving successful outcomes. • Provide expert-level support for endpoint and infrastructure related issues, troubleshooting complex problems and ensuring system availability. Participate in on-call rotation as needed. • Contribute to the overall management and maintenance of our cloud-based IT infrastructure (AWS/SaaS), demonstrating a broad understanding of IAM, networking, and other core technologies.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Microsoft Intune and endpoint management principles (macOS/JAMF as well is a bonus). • Expertise in Windows 11 deployment and management. • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Experience with project management methodologies and best practices. • Understanding of modern cloud IT infrastructure and operations concepts.
