• Support litigation process in personal injury law firm • Drive impact in handling cases • Collaborate with attorneys and clients throughout litigation • Manage documents, deadlines, and details efficiently
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of legal litigation experience required; 3-5 years preferred • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories • Conducting legal research and providing thorough written analysis on statutes, regulations, and judicial decisions • Assisting with trial preparation, and possibly attending trials and hearings • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (3 years required) and familiarity with FileVine or other case management systems (preferred) • Personal injury experience is a huge plus!
