Description
• We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Premises Liability Trial Lawyer to join our growing team. • As a Premises Liability Trial Lawyer at our firm, you will work alongside a dynamic and experienced team of Attorneys across the nation, and have local and remote support staff. • A typical day for an Attorney at Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys involves client communication, taking and defending depositions, research and drafting, leading mediations, developing case strategies, and taking cases to trial. • Our Trial Lawyers handle cases from intake through settlement or jury verdict.
Requirements
• 3+ years of successful Premises Liability experience; • A background in Personal Injury work; • A successful litigation track record; • Licensed and in good standing with the Alabama State Bar; • Experience drafting and responding to motions; • Substantial knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence
